Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of recruitment, selection, training, and placement on employee performance in the industrial era 4.0. In the development of an increasingly advanced industrial era researchers want to identify variables that have an influence on employee performance. Especially in the industrial era 4.0 where there will be many changes in the industrial world, so the preparation is needed to choose the best employees for the company and the best preparation in terms of human resources themselves. The purpose of this study is to provide views, insights and material considerations for measuring employee performance. This research was conducted in Indonesia with a total sample of 224 respondents. The researcher used SEM techniques and SmartPLS 3.0 applications to process data. The results of this study indicate that placement has the highest percentage of influence while selection shows the influence with the lowest percentage.
