Abstract

AbstractIt was experimentally revealed that the concentration variations of the spontaneous magnetization, Curie temperature, and initial susceptibility of RNi5−xCux alloys (R = Pr, Nd, Tb, Er, Y) were different for various R. The obtained results are qualitatively explained in terms of effects of random local crystal fields appearing in the substitutional alloys.
