Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determineithe effect of Quality Of Work Life, Job Insecurity and Organizational Commitment on the Turnover Intention of employees in the production department of PT Adi Success Makmur Jaya. This research is based on the fact that the employee turnover rate of PT Adi Sukses Makmur Jaya for 3 years increased from 5.7% to 7.2%. This research uses quantitative methods, it is because the data of this research is number and analize using statistics. The sample in this study are employees in the production section. In the sampling technique used non-probability sampling technique. The results showed that Quality Of Work Life had a partial negative effect on Turnover Intention, Job Insecurity partially positive effect on Turnover Intention, Organizational Commitment had a partially negative effecton Turnover Intention.
