Abstract

At present, under the background of the excess product oil market, “reducing oil products and increasing chemical raw materials” has become the mainstream trend in the chemical industry. In recent years, ZSM-5 zeolite catalyst has been widely used in the aromatization of FCC gasoline, but its modification to improve its aromatization catalytic performance is still not perfect. Therefore, based on the existing process technology, the effect of pseudo-boehmite on the aromatization performance of Zn-P-Al/ZSM-5 catalysts was investigated on a small continuous fixed-bed reactor using 75-120 °C fractions of FCC gasoline as feedstock. The results show that the aromatization performance of Zn-P-Al/ZSM-5 catalyst is better than that of Zn-P/ZSM-5 and HZSM-5, and the best aromatization performance is obtained when the pseudo-boehmite ratio is 30%, the aromatics content and aromatics yield in liquid products are 90.82% and 54.38%, respectively. The results of catalyst characterization are consistent with those of catalyst evaluation.
