Abstract
目的 探讨前列安栓联合体外射频治疗慢性前列腺炎综合症的临床疗效.方法选择临床诊断为慢性前列腺炎综合症患者90例,随机分为3组.实验组经肛门直肠塞用前列安栓联合体外射频;对照组分为两组:一组单纯直肠给予前列安栓,另一组单纯体外射频,均治疗4周.观察治疗前后前列腺炎症状评分(NIH-CP)变化.结果三组患者治疗前MH-CP评分比较无显著性差异(P＞0.05);各组治疗前、后NIH-CP评分均显著下降(P＜0.05),治疗后三组间相互比较NIH-CP评分均有显著性差异(P＜0.05),其中以前列安栓联合体外射频治疗组疗效最佳.结论体外射频更能促进前列安栓药物在局部的吸收及扩散,联合治疗对改善慢性前列腺炎患者的症状效果更显著。
