Abstract

Objective To investigate the effect of professional nursing intervention on improving the prognosis of patients with diabetic retinopathy treated with Lucentis. Methods From June 2017 to January 2018, 146 patients with diabetic retinopathy who received combined vitrectomy with Lucentis were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 73 cases of each group.The control group adopted routine nursing mode, and the observation group adopted professional nursing intervention.The visual acuity, clinical efficacy and quality of life (CLVQOL) were compared 3 months after the operation. Results The difference of postoperative visual acuity between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). The effective rate of treatment in the control group was 50.68%, while that in the observation group was 85.71%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The CLVQOL score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusions Professional nursing intervention can effectively improve the therapeutic effect and improve the quality of life of patients with diabetic retinopathy, which is worthy promoting in clinic.
