Abstract

The adaptive processing parameters are the important factors affecting the printing quality of the 3D printed composite cement-based materials. The printing line width decreases with increasing printing speed under the same nozzle diameter conditions, the best printing speed is 50 mm/s. The concrete needs to go through the leveling stage with slower speed at the beginning stage to keep less deformation; after this stage, with the extension of concrete hardening time, the printing thickness of each layer tends to a certain value , which is basically consistent with the height of the nozzle from the printing layer platform. The printed quality of intermittent printing with joints is higher than that of continuous printing without joints, but it likely to cause stress concentration at the discontinuity, which needs special treatment.
