Abstract

Patients with a short cervical length ( < 25mm) are excluded for in utero spina bifida repair, given their expected higher risk for preterm birth. We hypothesized that patients with a preoperative cervical length in the lower-normal range are at higher risk for adverse perinatal outcomes.
