Abstract

The effect of photoinduced structural transformations on dielectric and contact properties of thin films on the basis of As40S30Se30 is studied. An increase in the conductivity and variations of the type of dispersion of the dielectric conductivity are found. In the region of infralow frequencies, long-term exposure leads to a weakening of blocking properties of a contact at the met–As40S30Se30 interface.
