OBJECTIVE: To examine the association among malondialdehyde (MDA), superoxide dismutase (SOD) and incidence of apoptosis of granulosa cells in follicular fluid with oocyte maturity, embryo quality, fertilization, cleavage, and the outcome of IVF-ET.
