Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the decline in the number of corporate enterprise customers and government agencies for 3 consecutive years resulting in a decrease in the revenue of PT. Telkom Indonesia Regional 1 Sumatra. Employees are slow in responding to consumers who want to complain about disconnected internet connections at home or at corporations. There are still errors in the work that result in the employee's target not being achieved this is due to the less than optimal supervision of superiors. This type of research is causal with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were 160 employees and the sample of this study was 80 employees. Data collection methods used are questionnaires, interviews and documentation studies. The data analysis method used descriptive statistical analysis and SEM PLS 3. The results of this study found that organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, supervision had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, supervision had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. significant effect on organizational commitment, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Then indirectly organizational culture affects employee performance through organizational commitment and indirect supervision of organizational culture affects employee performance through organizational commitment.
