The experiment applied in the field of split system with in randomized complete block design RCBD with three replicates. Analysis statistically the results were as follows: The hybrid Zain increased plant height, number of leaves, leaf area per plant, length of fruit and number of fruits per plant, while the hybrid Sultan increased fruit weight. The inorganic treatment caused decreased number of days for flowering plants and increased plant height, number of leaves, leaf area pre plant, and number of fruits per plant, yield per plant, early fruits yield and total yield of fruits comparison with control treatment. The interaction of treatments the addition of inorganic fertilizers with Zain hybrid gave the lowest number of days to flowering the plants and increased plant height, number of leaves per plant, leaf area per plant, number of fruits per plant, yield per plant and number of fruits per plant. The treatment of sheep waste in the same hybrid increased early fruits compared with other treatments.
