Abstract
Tuning the dielectric permittivity spectra of 0.55NdAlO 3 −0.45CaTiO 3 Ceramics in an external optical field is investigated at room temperature by using terahertz time-domain spectroscopy. The tuning of the permittivity reached up to 12.7% at 0.5THz.
