Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of targeted nursing intervention on preventing subcutaneous effusion after breast cancer operation. Methods A total of 60 patients with breast cancer underwent modified radical mastectomy were randomly divided into experiment group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. Patients in control group were given conventional nursing,and patients in experiment group were given targeted nursing intervention on the basis of conventional nursing. Experimental group were dealed with usual care and ponitded care. Results The incidence of postoperative subcutaneous effusion was lower in experiment group than that in control group,there was significant difference( P﹤0. 05 ). Conclusions Targeted nursing intervention can effectively reduce the incidence of subcutaneous effusion after breast cancer operation.
