Abstract

We have measured the hyperfine contribution on transverse magnetoresistanceR xx and Hall resistanceR xy in the quantum limit of metallically doped n-InSb in combining a transport measurement with NMR. Sweeping a radio frequency signal fast over the nuclear resonances (adiabatic rf-signal passage) in our sample inverts the nuclear magnetization thereby inducing a change inR xx andR xy . We analyse this effect in dependence of the electronic density of statesD(E) on the nuclear hyperfine fieldB HF .
