Abstract

AbstractThe changes in ferroelectric properties of barium titanate ceramics caused by irradiation with pile neutrons were investigated. The temperature dependence of the dielectric permittivity, and the temperature hysteresis of barium titanate ceramics non‐irradiated and irradiated with an integrated neutron flux from 1014 to 1019 n/cm2 were measured. Moreover, the changes in the dielectric hysteresis loop of barium titanate ceramics caused by neutron irradiation were investigated.
