Highlights
(n=49) were Progesterone receptor (PR) before treatment which increased to 71.8% (n=51) post chemotherapy (p=0.99)
Change in expression of hormone receptor status was noticed, Estrogen Receptor (ER)+PR+ decreased to 25.4% (n=18), ERPR- increased to 69.0% (n=49), ER-PR + decreased to 2.8% (n=2), no change was noticed in ER+PR- status
Her-2/neu status changes on IHC staining after neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NACT)
