In our view of lipid profile there is an increased level of total cholesterol and TAG concentration in MSG and mixed group while, there is an increase in total cholesterol level and a decreased level in TAG in NaNO2 treated group. In our view of thyroid hormones there is a significant increase in serum T3 level in all treated ones and a significant increase in serum T4 in all treated groups except the MSG-treated group.
