Abstract
In the event of natural disaster occurrences such as hurricanes, earthquakes, floods, pandemic and epidemic diseases, phone utilization aspects such as calls, SMS, airtime, and mobile money transaction have been widely used to monitor behavioral change and prevalence trend of the affected population.
