Abstract
Mn2−2yCoyCryOx series catalysts were prepared by solid-state reaction means, and selective catalytic reduction with ammonia (NH3-SCR) over the catalysts at low-temperatures was studied. A series of characterization was carried out to reveal the NO selective promotion effect of Mn addition on Co1Cr1Ox catalyst. Mn1Co0.5Cr0.5Ox has the widest active window (the conversion of NOx is more than 90% at 150–275 °C). The water resistance and sulfur resistance of the Mn1Co0.5Cr0.5Ox were excellent. There are Co3+, Cr6+, Mn4+ and a large amount of adsorbed oxygen on the surface of Mn1Co0.5Cr0.5Ox catalyst, which improves the oxidation–reduction ability and surface acidity of the catalyst.
