Abstract

Microwave treatment by the developed experimental equipment split and puffed up soybeans, increasing the volume of seeds by 22%. Micronization increased the volume of beans by 18%, autoclaving retained the original volume of seeds. No significant differences in the content of crude protein, fat, ash and fiber in soybeans were observed for all types of treatment.
