Abstract

The effect of low-temperature annealing on the homogeneous FMR spectrum of a granulated (CoFeB) + (SiO2) nanostructure is investigated experimentally. The observed concentration dependence of monoaxial anisotropy fields and shift in the resonance fields before and after annealing are explained within the model of an effective environment.
