Abstract

This study aimed to investigate the changes in fatigue substance and aging hormone in the body of middle aged women after 12 weeks of low intensity aerobic exercise and postural correction exercise. Hence, experimental group and control group were set to compare the effects of treatment. The exercise sessions were 4 times a week for 12 weeks counting total of 48 sessions. Low intensity aerobic exercise was to walk treadmill and postural correction exercise was to relax each joint centered on upper body and lower body. Through this process, fatigue substances such as lactate, LDH, and CK showed interaction effects. Aging hormones such as DHEAs and melatonin showed interaction effects as well. Low intensity aerobic exercise and postural correction exercise showed positive effect on the fatigue substance and aging hormones in the body.
