Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of liver enzymes and bile acid levels on pregnancy outcome in patients with intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy. Methods From June 2012 to June 2014, 50 pregnant women with intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy were randomly selected as observation group, 50 cases of normal pregnancy in same period were selected as control group, the correlation of liver enzyme, bile acid level with pregnancy outcome were analyzed. Results The higher serum bile acid level in the observation group, the more serious meconium stained amniotic fluid, there was positive correlation(P<0.05). The serum total bile acid level of seven asphyxia neonatal was higher than 40.0 μmol/L, six cases of meconium stained amniotic fluid of dye were Ⅱ - Ⅲ (85.7%, 6/7). Bile acid levels were positively correlated with pregnancy outcomes. Conclusions Liver enzyme indicators, bile acid indicators ascension in patients with intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy have serious effect on the embryo prognosis.
