Abstract
Spherical silver nanoparticles prepared by the reduction of AgNO 3 with sodium borohydride in an aqueous solution of partially decarboxylated poly(acrylic acid) coalesce under exposure to light in the course of additional photoreduction of Ag + cations to form coarse non-spherical particles and their aggregates.
