Abstract
We studied the specific heat and the magnetic susceptibility of a model containing two competing interactions: the two-channel Kondo model type one with the conduction electrons and the single channel one with the low-energy excitation system, such as the phonons. The specific heat shows non-monotonic temperature dependence having negative value region.
