Abstract

Introduction: Laterality of colorectal cancers appears to affect outcomes after surgical treatment for Colorectal Liver Metastases (CLM). KRAS mutations are thought to play a role. We hypothesized a differential effect of primary tumor laterality on long-term outcomes after surgical treatment of CLM, and that KRAS mutations influence this effect.
