Abstract
Effects of internal stress on persistent photoconductivity (PPC) in a-Si:H/ a-SiN x :H layered structure are presented. Experiments have shown that PPC effect increases as internal stress is decreased. The results are explained in terms of hydrogen content and interface in the films.
