Abstract

Objective To explore the application of improved external application of Chinese medicine in patients with tendon injury in order to improve the patient satisfaction of nursing operation in Chinese Medicine.Methods One hundred ankle injury patients were chosen and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group , each with 50 cases.The control group received the routine operation to fix the wound with gauze and bandages , and the observation group received the improved medical dressing to fix the wound . The satisfaction, local comfort degree , the drug retention time and the incidence of drug leakage were compared between two groups .Results The patient satisfaction and comfort degree after the application of improved external application of Chinese medicine were all 98%in the observation group , and were 20%and 18%in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (χ2 =62.877,65.681, respectively;P〈0.01). The cases of patients with the occurrence of the leakage was 40 cases(80.0%) in the control group, and was 2 cases(4.0%) in the observation group , and the difference was found in the incidence rate of drug leakage between two group (χ2 =136.742,P〈0.01).Conclusions The improved external application of Chinese medicine can improve the nursing quality , and increase the patients’satisfaction and comfort degree of nursing operation in Chinese Medicine , and is worthy of clinical promotion .
