Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effects of hysterectomy and vaginal repairment on uterine prolapse complicated with anterior and posterior vaginal wall prolapse. Methods Fifty-two patients with uterine prolapse complicated with anterior and posterior vaginal wall prolapse were chose from 2010 ,including 26 patients underwent hysterectomy and vaginal repairment surgery in the experimental group,and 26 patients received partial colpocleisis treatment in the control group. The time-consuming of operation,blood loss,postoperative hospital stay and postoperative complications of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The operation time,operation blood loss and postoperative hospitalization time were shorter in the experimental group than those in the control group,and the incidence of postoperative complications was lower in the experimental group than that in the control group,the differences were significant(P﹤0. 05). Conclusions Hysterectomy and vaginal repairment in the treatment of uterine prolapse complicated with anterior and posterior vaginal wall prolapse,has short operation time,less bleeding,short hospitalization time,less complications,better clinical efficacy,and can relieve the physical pain of patients,so is a good operation method,and it is worth to be popularized in clinics.
