Abstract

Now a day’s perovskite materials have great properties of photovoltaics, we are using CH3NH3PbI3 material as a charge carrier generator material in the device. we have studied enhancement of photocurrent by reducing humidity with nitrogen flow at high humidity photocurrent was low, and humidity reduced by nitrogen flow photocurrent of perovskite solar cell is increasing, ion migration can be explained by hysteresis of I–V measurement, the stability of perovskite material can be explained by (I-RH%) measurement and defect in the perovskite explained by noise measurement.
