Abstract
Two-successive greenhouse experiments were conducted at the protected cultivation department in Zakho Technical Institute, Dohuk Polytechnic University, Kurdistan region of Iraq during the seasons of 2021-2022 and 2021-2022 to inspect the growth and yield response of broccoli cultivar (Agassirz) to foliar application of humic acid and seaweed extract at concentration of 0, 2, and 4 ml.L-1 for the both and using of organic fertilizer (animal manure) at three levels 0, 5, and 10 ton.ha-1. The treatments were organized in a randomized complete block design (RCBD) with three replicates. The obtained data revealed that the foliar application of humic acid and seaweed extract at concentration of 4 ml.L-1 and organic manure of 10 ton.donum-1 resulted in significant increase in vegetative traits of plant height (cm), number of leaves.plant-1, and number of head per plant and yield attributes of head weight (g), head dry matter (%), and yield (kg.m2), Whereas the humic and seaweed at concentration (2) ml.L-1 and organic manure applied at 10) ton.donum-1 importantly affected the fresh weight of vegetative growth. The topmost ever values were produced from the triple treatment; humic acid at (4) ml.L-1 ) + seaweed at (4) ml.L-1 + organic fertilizer at (10) ton.donum-1 in comparison with control and other doses.
