Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of humane care on quality of life of patients with gastric cancer radical operation. Methods A total of 64 cases of patients with astric cancer surgery treated in our hospital from July 2014 to June 2015 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method, 32 cases in each group. The control group adopted routine nursing countermeasures, while the observation group adopted humane care nursing on the basis of the control group.The cancer-related fatigue situation before and after the intervention of the two groups were evaluated and compared by the piper cancer fatigue degree assessment scale (RPFS). The quality of life of patients of the two groups before and after intervention were compared by the quality of life assessment scale (QLQ-C30). Results There was no significant difference in terms of the scores of cancer-related fatigue of the two groups before intervention (P>0.05). After the intervention, the fatigue behavior, emotional fatigue, physical fatigue and the improvement of cognitive fatigue score was significantly better than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P 0.05). After intervention, the physical functioning, role function, cognitive function, emotional function and social function was significantly better than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusions The implementation of humane care measures for gastric cancer patients can effectively reduce fatigue of patients with cancer and improve the quality of life of patients, it is worth clinical promotion and application.
