Abstract

目的 观察高功率微波(HPM)辐射后大鼠海马神经元突触超微结构及氨基酸类神经递质含量的变化.方法采用5、10、30及100 mW/cm2 HPM辐照60只Wistar雄性大鼠,于照后6 h、1 d和7 d处死各组动物并取海马组织,应用电镜及图像分析定量观察海马神经元突触超微结构,采用高效液相色谱法检测海马组织中谷氨酸(Glu)、天门冬氨酸(Asp)、γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)和甘氨酸(Gly)4种氨基酸类神经递质的含量.结果5~100 mW/cm2HPM辐射后,大鼠海马神经元线粒体肿胀,粗面内质网扩张,染色质浓缩、边集;突触内囊泡堆积或排空,突触间隙增宽,突触后致密物(postsynaptic den-sity,PSD)增厚,活性区延长;大鼠海马于辐射后6 h,Glu、Asp、和Gly含量减少,且以Glu和Gly含量减少为主;10 mW/cm2组在照后7 d内Glu含量均明显降低;Gly含量在照后6 h明显降低,1 d时基本恢复.结论HPM辐射可引起大鼠海马神经元突触超微结构的改变,并可影响海马氨基酸类神经递质的含量。
