Abstract

Objective To investigate the effect of hematodialysis in the treatment of acute drug poisoning and its effect on hemodynamics of patients. Methods 112 patients with acute drug poisoning treated in our hospital from April 2017 to April 2018 were selected as subjects, and were divided into control group (n=56) and observation group (n=56) with the random number table. The control group was given conventional treatment, and the observation group was given hematodialysis treatment for acute poisoning patients. After 1 month of treatment, the hemodynamics of patients in the two groups, the recovery of patients in the two groups, and the incidence of complications in the two groups were compared. Results There were no statistically significant differences in mPAP, mLAP, mMVP between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05). After one month of treatment, mPAP, mLAP, mMVP of the observation group [(4.75±0.49) mmHg, (1.70±0.36) mmHg, (0.87±0.36) mmHg] were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the recovery time, the hospital stay, the cure rate of the observation group [(5.31±1.27)h, (9.32±1.33)d, 94.64%] were better than those of the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (3.57% vs. 16.07%) (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of hematodialysis in the treatment of patients with acute drug poisoning can reduce hemodynamic indexes, improve the treatment effect of patients, increase the satisfaction of patients, shorten the recovery time of patients, and reduce the incidence of complications, which is worthy of promotion and application. Key words: Acute drug poisoning; Hematodialysis; Hemodynamics
