Abstract
Irradiation were carried out on solid solutions of pure barium sodium niobate (BNN) as well as Nd doped BNN ceramic samples using 100 MeV Fe + heavy ion beam of 15 UD Pelletron accelerator. Dielectric measurements were carried out in the temperature range 30°C–400°C at 1 MHz on BNN ceramic samples before and after irradiation. It was observed that the dielectric behavior changes with heavy ion irradiation.
