Abstract
With the development of automotive lightweight technology, the proportion of aluminum alloy products in the automobile is obviously increased. In this paper, the ultrahigh-strength aluminum alloy 7A04 widely used in China is taken as the research object. The specimens after different heat treatment systems were tested at room temperature for tensile properties, impact toughness tests, and fracture toughness tests. The effects of different heat treatment processes on the microstructure and properties of 7A04 ultrahigh-strength aluminum alloys were investigated.
