Abstract

Objective To explore the positive experience in the group mode of prevention of maternal postpartum depression effect Methods Select 94 cases of mothers who were delivered in our hospital from January 2015 to July 2016, According to the random number table method, they were divided into experimental group and control group, 47 cases each. The mothers in the control group were given routine care during pregnancy, and the experimental group on the basis of the positive group experience. The subjects were followed up every 4 weeks during pregnancy. The maternal prenatal and postnatal happiness, mood change and mother's role adaptation were compared. Results Postpartum the score of the negative emotion scale in the experimental group was (9.70±2.15) points, The EPDS score was (11.43±2.66) points, were significantly lower than the control group (11.45±2.78) points, (14.21±2.70) points (t=3.414, 5.028; P<0.01) ; Positive emotion scale score was (31.53±3.97) points, Significantly higher than the control group (28.38±3.74) points (t=3.959, P<0.01) . The adaptation rate of mothers' role was 53.19%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (29.79%) . The differences was statistically significant (Z=4.984, P<0.01) . Conclusions Based on positive experiences, it is important to improve postpartum depression maternal happiness, relieve maternal depression and improve maternal adaptability.
