Abstract
Objective To observe the improvement effect of femoston on symptoms and endocrine indexes of patients with climacteric syndrome. Methods A total of 120 patients with climacteric syndrome who were treated in Changzhi Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2014 to February 2018 were divided into two groups, 60 patients in the control group were treated with estradiol valerate tablets + progesterone capsules; 60 patients in the observation group were treated with femoston. Results After treatment, the improvement of endocrine index (estradiol, luteinizing hormone, follicle stimulating hormone) in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the Kupperman scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05); the total effective rate was 90% in the observation group and 76.67% in the control group, the difference was significant (P<0.05). Conclusions Femoston can effectively improve the endocrine index of patients with climacteric syndrome, alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients, improve the therapeutic effect.
