Abstract
Objective To explore effect of family function of the interventional heart surgery patients on the drug treatment compliance. Methods Compliance behavior and influence factors of 126 heart patients with interventional operation were investigated by questionaire. Results Family functions was important factor affecting the heart surgery patients drug treatment compliance. Compliance of patients from high-function family was good, who should be encouraged and guided. Conclusion Clinical doctors should encourage and guide the poor family functions of the patients, take positive way to deal with, to better control diseases and improve the quality of life. Family members should be paid more attention, as far as possible some more care, love, understanding and support patients Key words: Interventional heart surgery; Family functions; Drug treatment compliance
