Abstract

The electrical properties of thin polycrystalline films of ptype CuInSe 2 have been studied in the temperature range 77–300K using galvanomagnetic effects. It has been found that the effect of excess indium over the stoichiometric proportion is to short the grain boundaries thereby improving the conductivity and Hall mobility of the charge carriers.
