Summary
In the past years as well as in our current era, we have examined a lot of reasons as to why the employees leave the organization. As we are entering into the advanced era retention has always been a key factor, which is rapidly growing and becoming more challenging for the organizations in order to facilitate and retain their employees. With a large pool of candidates, it is both a risk and challenge for the head hunters to play their part wisely. They need to examine closely for those who they hire and to those employees who are still an active part of the organization
