Abstract

Learning self-sufficiency is one of the factors that influence the success of the students' learning process. Independence of Learning assumed to be influenced by emotional intelligence, learning styles, motivation, creativity. Based on the results of previous studies by this research that distinguishes this study with previous research is the object of the study was conducted in Office Administration student at the State University of Jakarta. Data analysis techniques used in this research is the analysis of linear regression multiple-use program statistical package for social sciences (SPSS) For Windows version 25 with the number of respondents 202 research findings show that together (simultaneously) Emotional Intelligence, Learning Styles, Motivation, Creativity to Independence Learning.
