Abstract

1. An investigation into the dependence of the specific surface of iron-copper alloy powders on alloy composition has shown that the former is highly sensitive to changes in the latter. 2. It has been established that the variation of the specific surface of the alloy with current density and temperature is similar to that observed in the electrodeposition of iron and cobalt powders, being linked with the specific character of the electrolysis process in a two-layer bath.
