Abstract
Objective To investigate the influence of early rehabilitative training on the patient' s functional rehabilitation after artificial total hip replacement.Methods Sixty patients received artificial total hip replacement were randomly divided into observation group and control group (30 cases for each group).Patients in observation group received rehabilitative intervention after 3 hours of operation and patients in control group received routine nursing.Results The differences of complication and functional recovery were statistically significant between the two groups( P < 0.05).Conclusions Early rehabilitative training can decrease the rate of complication and accelerate the functional recovery of affected limbs after artificial total hip replacement.
