Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of early comprehensive rehabilitation nursing combined with high-quality nursing on neurological function, motor function, and prognosis in patients with acute stroke. Methods 110 patients with acute stroke from December 2017 to December 2018 were randomly divided into control group and study group by complete randomization, with 55 cases in each group. The control group was given high-quality nursing, and the study group was given early comprehensive rehabilitation nursing combined with high-quality nursing. The changes of nerve function and motor function before and after nursing were compared between the two groups. The complications within one month after nursing were compared between the two groups, and the prognosis of the two groups were compared. Results The NIHSS scores of the two groups after the nursing were lower than those before the nursing (P<0.05), which in the study group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). The simplified Fugl-Meyer motor function scores of the two groups after the nursing were higher than those before the nursing (P<0.05), which in the study group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of complications and MRS score in the study group were lower than those in the control group [5.45% vs.18.18%, (2.01±0.40) vs.(2.65±0.52)] (χ2=4.274, P=0.039; t=7.235, P=0.000). Conclusion Early comprehensive rehabilitation nursing combined with high-quality nursing is more conducive to the recovery of neurological and motor functions in patients with acute stroke, and can reduce the incidence of complications and improve the prognosis of patients. Key words: Acute stroke; Early comprehensive rehabilitation nursing; High-quality nursing; Neurological function; Motor function
