Abstract

Thermal desorption model “” is utilized to simulate the changing of thermal desorption remediation effects under different conditions such as soil kinds, particle sizes, and soil moisture contents. These research results show that the model simulates the change of organic pollutants' concentration by the thermal desorption method under different conditions. In addition, through the method of fitting the experimental data, the value variations of parameter b and n in the formula are further studied and discussed under the different temperatures, soil kinds, and soil particle sizes so as to improve and revise the thermal desorption model formula “” for providing better theoretical guidance of actual thermal desorption remediation of organic contaminated soil.
