Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of different probes on the lithotripsy of patients with urinary stones and the serum inflammatory factors. Methods From April 2016 to April 2018, 96 patients with urinary stones who were hospitalized in our hospital were randomly divided into the point-contact group and the plane group, patients in the point-contact group treated with point-contact probe gravel, and the patients in the plane group received the gravel of plane probe.Serum inflammatory factors were evaluated before treatment(T1), 1 day after treatment(T2) and 5 days after treatment(T3). After gravel, the therapy time, stone volume and speed of gravel were recorded. The complications of the two groups were evaluated after treatment. Results In this study, the gravel speed of the point-contact probe was almost 1.6 times compared with the plane probe, the gravel speed was significantly faster(P<0.01), and the gravel time of the point-contact probe was significantly better than the plane probe(P<0.01). After treatment, the patients of two groups were significantly higher serum levels of inflammatory factors(P<0.01). But in the T3, serum inflammatory factors returned to normal in the point-contact probe group, serum inflammatory factors in the plane probe group were still higher(P<0.01). Conclusions Compared with the plane probe, the point-contact probe has good effect in the application of ultrasound lithotripsy. Key words: Urinary Calculi; Lithotripsy; Chemokines
