Abstract
Microporous structure parameters have an important influence on the mechanical and tribological properties of M50 self-lubricating material with surface micropores filled with Sn–Ag–Cu (MMSAC). In this paper, the surface stress analysis model of MMSAC was established, and the influences of microporous structure parameters on the stress distribution and deformation of MMSAC were studied. In addition, tribological tests of MMSAC with different micropore structure parameters were performed, and the wear mechanisms of MMSAC have also been explored. Results show that micropore structure parameters such as micropore depth, porosity and diameter have important effects on stress distribution and deformation of MMSAC. Moreover, when the structure parameters of micropore are depth = 400 μm, porosity = 20% and diameter = 100 μm, MMSAC has the best tribological and mechanical properties.
