Abstract
目的 研究不同浓度铅对原代培养的皮层神经元生长及存活的影响.方法建立新生大鼠皮层神经元原代培养技术,通过不同浓度醋酸铅染毒,观察神经细胞的生长和存活情况.结果终浓度为10-8mol/L的醋酸铅即可抑制神经元突起生长,使细胞生长活力下降甚至死亡.随着醋酸铅的终浓度进一步加大,对神经元的损伤逐渐增强.结论铅能够抑制原代培养皮层神经元生长和存活。
